Dear friends and guests of Pomorie,
Natura 2000 exhibition will be held at Pomorie Lake visitor center, which is managed by the Historical museum Pomorie from 1 to 30 September.
The exhibition presents beautiful photographs of protected animal and plant species, part of Natura 2000 ecological network. Our idea is to show to the public the unique Bulgarian natural richness.
We would like to thank to the hosts of Pomorie Lake Visitor Center for providing place to show the photographs and together have enriched the exposition of Pomorie Lake biodiversity, part of Natura 2000 ecological network.
The opening of the exhibition was attended by guests from Pomorie, and the participants from the volunteer brigade Pomorie Lake 2021 would have the opportunity to visit every day the event during the afternoon presentations which we held at the Center.
Natura 2000
Natura 2000 is the largest coordinated network for nature conservation. More than 30% of the territory of Bulgaria falls within the scope of the network - 120 areas for the protection of wild birds and 234 areas for the protection of natural habitats.
