The event was organized as part of the activities for promoting the Natura 2000 ecological network and the species, which preserves, within “Natura 2000 in Bulgaria – New Horizons” project in partnership with the Regional Natural History Museum - Plovdiv.
The movie shows the unique natural treasures of the Pomorie Lake and its conservation – home to the biggest colony of the Sandwich Terns for the Southeast Bulgaria and numerous other rare and protected species from our flora and fauna.

We would like to thank everybody who spent the cool evening together with us and “travel” to the hypersaline lagoon in order to learn more about the Bulgarian nature.
In total five movies on nature protection topics will be made within the project and in partnership of Green Balkans with BG TOP MUSIC – Research and conservation of the bats in Bulgaria, The treasures of Natura 2000 in Trakiya, Natura children of prey and The attractive force of the Northeast Natura areas.
The goal of the movies in “Natura 2000 in Bulgaria – New Horizons” project is to present interesting information for the biological diversity, the ecology, the restoration and the conservation of habitats and target species as well as the importance of Natura 2000 in Bulgaria ecological network.
