THE WAY WECELEBRATED 2010 AS AN INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF BIODIVERSITY

This effect was reached thanks to the efforts of the governments and hundreds of non-governmental organizations, which worked to attract the attention of the citizens to the loss and protection of biodiversity.

The motto of the year of biodiversity was: “Biological diversity is life, biological diversity is our life”. This sentence inspired and mobilized the team of Green Balkans to implement more than 30 information campaigns and events dedicated to the International Year of Biodiversity.
