Burgas Administrative Court repealed a Resolution of RIEW

The ruling of the Administrative Court of Burgas considered the lack of deadline indication for the field surveys needed to study the seriousness of the impact of this investment plan on the species and habitats subject to protection within the protected zones designated under both Directives, the lack of clear and well-grounded reasons for the approval of the investment plan, and lots of infringements.
